Farewell Speech in Office – 3

"Good evening management, colleagues and my dear friends.

It feels great to see you all here. During my tenure in this company, I have witnessed how loaded you people stay with your work, thank you so much for taking out time for me.

It is a situation of mixed feelings for me. We have worked together for so long but now the time to bid goodbye has arrived. Though one never consciously works for this day, but there does come a time when one has to move on. Standing here, I feel that I have lost something much concrete today; my world where you all were involved is going to diminish.

From this company, there are many brilliant takeaways for me. From here I’ve learnt how to take direction, criticism, and compliments in a positive way for my good. I have become an open minded person. These are a few things I wasn’t so great at taking before, and now I feel as though I can apply those in different situations of my future life.

All thanks to the close interventions of my boss for upgrading my skills and knowledge in every field. Dear boss, your moral support and helping attitude enhanced my working skills. It may sound flattering to many but I have been blessed with the best boss in this company.

My friends and teammates, I will surely miss the moments which I have spent with all of you. The fun during lunch time, birthday celebrations, and small get-togethers are some of the best moments which I will never forget. Being part of a team has taught me skills that I can use in more than just the professional area of my life.

I am really glad that I met all of you and trust me I have thoroughly enjoyed each and every moment I have spent in this company, the time spent here will be one of the most memorable ones in my life. I would definitely miss being a part of it. You people will continue to occupy a special part in my life.

This farewell is just a physical goodbye for me. We will stay connected and share this beautiful bond of ours throughout the life. It has been a beautiful memorable journey in this company along with you people.

I fall short of words to express my gratitude for you people. It has truly been a pleasure working here and I cannot express how badly I will miss it. The fun times and learning times have been so well balanced during this tenure of mine in this company that I feel confused on which part should I thank you all more, The fun-filled one or the learning ones. Just kidding! Every moment spent with you all has got a special value for me.

I take with me fond memories, valuable skills, and I hope to one day leave an impression on others similar to the one you have left on me.
