How To Take/Use Plum
Cut the plum into small pieces and add it to your fruit salad. The daily recommended quantity is 1-2 plums.
Add 1 spoon of lemon juice and 1 spoon of yogurt to the pulp made from 1-2 plums. Mix the ingredients well and apply the paste from your hair roots to the tips. After an hour, wash your scalp and hair well using an Ayurvedic shampoo.
