How To Take/Use Cherry

You can eat cherries directly or drink their juice. The daily recommended quantity is 7-14 cherries.
Blend 5-8 cherries into a smooth pulp. Add 2 spoons of yogurt to it and mix well. Apply the mixture on your hair properly and leave it for half an hour. Later, rinse your hair well using cool water.
