You can eat the fruit directly by scooping it or add the chopped slices to your salad. The daily recommended quantity is 20-25gms of dragon fruit.
Prepare a smooth pulp by blending a cup of dragon fruit pieces. Apply it on your hair thoroughly and wash it off with lukewarm water after half an hour.
