Kiwi is an excellent source of vitamins C, K, E, potassium and folate. It helps in fighting premature greying of your hair and also promotes hair growth by improving the blood circulation to your hair roots. It also helps in controlling dandruff on your scalp.

How To Take/Use Kiwi

Add kiwi slices to your salad or eat the fruit by scooping its flesh using a spoon. The daily recommended quantity is 1-3 kiwis.
Add 1 spoon of coconut oil to the pulp of a kiwi. Mix well and apply the paste on your scalp and hair. After 1 hour, wash your hair with an Ayurvedic shampoo.
